What to Expect

puppy1.png We will first collect all necessary information for review. If we deem your need appropriate for a house call setting, we will set up an appointment on a day that is convenient for you, and give you a window of time for arrival. The doctor will come to your home, discuss your pets needs in detail, then do a physical exam. Once the physical is complete, the doctor will complete treatment. The doctor will also follow up with a discharge email so clients can refer to this for suggestions and treatment plan. The cost of the visit also includes one email correspondence where clients are welcome to respond with questions regarding what was spoken about during the visit or further clarification on what was recommended.

Once a valid relationship has been established, which can only happen once the doctor has seen your pet(these expire within one year), clients are also welcome to book verbal consultations on minor issues. These requests will be reviewed and accepted on a case by case basis. If we determine that an in-home visit is needed, the cost of the consultation will be applied to the visit as long as this is fulfilled within 7 days.

In the case of both in home visits and consultations, the doctor may still refer you to a full service hospital for care. You are still responsible for the cost of either the in home visit or the verbal consultation.
